Your Partner in Safety, Compliance, and Community Trust
HighSight Strategies was founded to connect two things that belong together: careful, floor-level safety and compliance work, and trust in the communities where operators do business. We don't believe compliance should be a source of daily anxiety, and we work with your team, not against it.
We partner with small and mid-sized independent cannabis operators across the Midwest. We work side by side with your managers and floor staff, so the plans we build fit how your people actually work.
Our credentials
Cannabis compliance: Cannabis Compliance Specialist Certificate and Cannabis Associate Certificate, University of Central Missouri / Green Flower.
Internal auditing: ANAB's Internal Auditing. We bring auditing principles used across regulated industries to your facility floor.
How we work
We look at systems, not plants. We audit systems, workflows, safety parameters, and data loops. We don't advise on plants, product formulation, or extraction chemistry.
We work as a team. Lasting compliance takes your whole team, so we involve your managers and floor staff in every walkthrough and leave them more capable of running the fix without us.
We help you earn local trust. We help you develop public safety consumer education, such as impaired driving and youth prevention, and keep a record of your safety and compliance work to share with local officials.

nonprofit: Community Partnerships
We support cannabis-related nonprofits, such as recovery, public health, and education groups, with sponsorship materials, stakeholder communications, and marketing. Each year, we take on a limited number of reduced-fee communications projects, and when our capacity allows, a pro bono project.
Every project starts with a one-page scope, so you know what we'll do before we begin. We share project outcomes only with the organization's written permission.
